Alcova Mortgage relocates within Gloucester Court House

Alcova Mortgage recently relocated from space in the Heritage House on Martin Street to a former doctors’ office on Lawyers’ Row at the nearby court circle in Gloucester.

Branch partner Steve Bland of Urbanna said Alcova now owns its building. The company, which moved to its new quarters in early January, has operated in Gloucester for four years.

Alcova offers a full line of residential mortgage products, including FHA, VA, USDA and conventional, Bland said. He and other loan officers specialize in customizing the right loan to meet client’s needs and goals.

Alcova was founded in 2003, a release said, “based on a passion to serve with excellence.” The loan officers work to simplify the mortgage process, Bland said, using advanced proprietary technology systems.
