Mathews Family YMCA will host a free community presentation, “Aging, Isolation and Depression,” from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22. Guest speaker Haley Hamilton from Commonwealth Senior Living will lead the presentation, addressing the mental health effects of aging. This event is open to all members of the community, and light refreshments will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP by emailing Caitlin.Griffin@ymcavp.org.
