Mathews community Advent services continue at noon today, Thursday, Dec. 11, in Westville Christian Church, Mathews. Pastor Angie Hoen of Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church spoke last week. The Rev. Gary Barker will speak today. Ministers pictured are Hoen, Barker, the Rev. Tim Dice and the Rev. Kristie Askew. The last service will be on Dec. 18 with Askew speaking. Non-perishables and monetary donations are being collected for Hands Across Mathews....
