Ware Academy recently partnered with the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society to raise awareness about the animals at the shelter waiting to be adopted. Seventh grade students collected donations of towels, toys and food for the shelter animals. Second graders were assigned to write essays about why people should adopt a pet.
