Bradley J. Perkins, a 43-year-old Gloucester man, was the victim who died in the June 30 single-vehicle crash on Route 17 in northern Gloucester County. An account of the accident was included in last week’s Gazette-Journal, but the Virginia State Police had not released the man’s name until after the paper had gone to press.
