Abingdon Ruritan Club recently made a number of its annual donations, with $1,000 checks presented to the Union Baptist Church Food Pantry and the Circle of Friends Foundation, $4,000 checks going to the Gloucester Boys and Girls Club and Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic, and $1,500 checks to the Bread for Life Community Food Pantry, and the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society.
