Gloucester resident Glenda Bond took this photo around 7 o’clock on the morning of Tuesday, April 16 from her home on Riverview Park Circle. The pier belongs to her neighbors, Ronnie and Faye Deal, and the rainbow appears to originate from around Purtan Bay.
