A fine time at Sunday gathering

Mr. and Mrs. Willie Hutson of New Point entertained a large crowd on Sunday last. Among the number were: Miss Pansy Ripley, Mr. Russell Hutson, Miss Lottie Hudgins, Mr. Willie Burroughs, Miss Mary Forrest, Mr. Marrion Hudgins, Miss Nina Hutson and Mr. John Burroughs. All report a fine time.

Mr. and Mrs. S.L. Bray, Mrs. C.H. Muse, Jesse Muse, Miss Mamie Thomas Hogg, Miss Margaret Muse, Mr. Elbert Muse and Vernon Bray motored to Newport News Friday for the day.
Mr. Sowell Hopkins is suffering from an attack of the mumps.
Mr. and Mrs. S.C. Wolcott expect to leave on Monday for an automobile trip North.
