Hayes photographer Mike Cunningham captured this image of the SpaceX launch of the Falcon 9 rocket on Tuesday morning from Cape Canaveral. “The launches from Florida are happening so often, but I didn’t get a picture worth sharing until today from Gloucester Point Beach Park,” he wrote. The Falcon 9 rocket came into view about four minutes after launching at 6:33 a.m. and was visible for about five minutes. “They happen so frequently these days compared to when I was growing up during the race to the moon,” Cunningham wrote.
