Ella Ruth Belvin, 83, of Gloucester, passed away on Sept. 18, 2026.

She was born on March 9, 1943 to Andrew and Violet Brown.

Survivors include her children, Susan Jenkins, David Jenkins, Chris Jenkins; sister, Catherine Smith, and a one granddaughter.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at Rosewell Memorial Gardens, Hayes.

Carter Funeral Home—Denbigh, is in charge of arrangements.
