On Saturday, a dozen Abingdon Ruritan Club members participated with Gloucester County and VIMS on the world’s largest volunteer effort on behalf of ocean and waterway health. Their clean-up location was Gloucester Point Beach. Gloucester Clean Community provided buckets, grabbers, bags, clipboards and data sheets.
