As autumn arrives, Yorktown is savoring the season with six themed Yorktown Market Days in September, October, and November for the community to enjoy for free: First Responders Market, Fall Festival, Victory Market, Paws at the River, Maritime Festival, and the Harvest Festival. More than 60 vendors, artists, and food trucks will participate in these events. Shoppers can purchase seasonal fruits and vegetables, grass-fed meats, dairy products, baked goods, wine, soaps, candles, and much more. Talented artisans will also be showcasing stained glass, woodworking, paintings, and custom jewelry. The first of the themed Yorktown Market Days, the First Responders Market, will be held this Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
