The Gloucester Youth Football and Cheer League Knights has returned to play another season with its first matches of the fall completed against the Grafton Tabb Tigers over the weekend. The 6U Knights fell to the Tigers, 21-12. Notable players for Gloucester were Elliott Rosario and Ellie Howard, who both found the end zone. The 10U Lady Knights flag football team defeated the Tigers, 37-6. Genesis Pluim scored three touchdowns, followed by Willow Harris with two and Ella Huggins with one.
