The Mathews Market Days Miss Mathews Pageant was held on Sunday at Mathews High School. Fourteen girls ages 3-18 competed. The contest, conducted by Mathews Market Days and The Court House Players, was open to girls across the Tidewater area. The royal court will make its first public appearance at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4, during the Mathews Market Days Poster Contest reveal at the Bay School Community Arts Center.
