Bethany United Methodist Church, Gloucester Point, will hold a free half-day event on Tuesday, Sept. 15 from 9 a.m.-12:15 p.m. designed for older adults. The event will feature educational presentations, community exhibitors, a continental breakfast, a boxed lunch to-go, and a chance to win door prizes. This will be an opportunity to connect with local resources, learn practical information for healthy and independent aging, and enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere, a release said.
