Registration underway for Guinea Jubilee pageant

Registration is underway for this year’s Guinea Jubilee pageant, which will be held on Sept. 18 and 19. Interviews will be held on Friday, Sept. 18, with the pageant itself to be held on Saturday, Sept. 19. Two new divisions have been added this year. In addition to the titles of Miss Guinea Jubilee (ages 16-18), Junior Miss (ages 10-12) and Little Miss (ages 7-9), there will now be a Tiny Miss category for ages 5 and 6 and a Teen Miss title for ages 13-15. The winner of the Miss Guinea Jubilee title will receive a $500 scholarship. Details about the time of the interview (which will be held at Buck’s Store Museum) and the pageant (a location yet to be determined) will be given once registration closes on Sept. 10.
