Honor Chriscoe of Gloucester has received a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for the catch and release of a 47.5-inch red drum on Aug. 10 off Cape Charles.
Another citation has gone to Thomas Scott Horsley of Gloucester, who caught a citation 52-inch cobia on July 9 off Virginia Beach.
