Brighton is the scene of the Fairfield Foundation’s Historic House Party, to be held Saturday, Oct. 10.
Brighton on the East River will be the setting for the annual Historic House Party, a fundraiser for the Fairfield Foundation in Gloucester.
The party will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10.
The circa 1910 home is located near Port Haywood and commands a sweeping view down the East River and into Mobjack Bay.
The party will include food and music and hands-on history, a release said.
Fairfield personnel will give updates about archaeology and preservation projects across the Middle Peninsula.
