Members of the Irene Morgan Scholarship Fund Committee recently hosted a luncheon for its 2026 scholarship recipient at Olivia’s in the Village, Gloucester C.H. Gloucester High School graduate Alexandria Isabel Diane Feliciano was this year’s recipient, receiving $5,000.
