An 8-pound, 13-ounce flounder caught July 10 in Chesapeake Bay earned a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for Billy Flippin of Bena.
In addition, Kevin P. Bloxom of Gloucester, won a citation for his catch of an 11-pound, 7-ounce sheepshead on July 7 in Mobjack Bay.
