Madelyn Johnson and Trevor Keener were united in marriage on June 16, 2026, in a destination wedding ceremony held on the beautiful shores of Good Shepherd Beach in St. James, Barbados. The bride is the daughter of Hunter and Renee Johnson of Mathews, Va. Madelyn is a graduate of Mathews High School and Purdue University, recently earning her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. The groom is the son of James and Katina Keener of Gloucester, Va. Trevor is a graduate of Gloucester High School and is owner of Keeners Electric LLC. Surrounded by family and close friends, the couple exchanged vows against the breathtaking backdrop of the Caribbean Sea.
