Bay Aging has a number of activities for seniors and their caregivers in July. Virtual Support Groups Meeting on the first Monday of each month from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., a caregiver support group meets virtually. A second virtual support group meets from 2-3 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month. Participants may join by computer or telephone. Unpaid caregivers are invited to connect with others, share challenges, and learn about helpful resources. Call 800-493-0238 at least two hours in advance to receive access information. Memory Support Group Bay Aging and the Alzheimer’s Association host a free Early-Stage Dual Support Group on the first Tuesday of each month from 11 a.m. to noon at Daffodil Gardens Community Room, 5954 Garden Grove Lane, Gloucester.
