Bluegrass flatpicking phenomenon Rebecca Frazier and her band will perform at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Flat Iron Crossroads in Gloucester. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the Island Time food truck and beer, wine, and soft drinks from the FIX Bar. Tickets are $20 when purchased in advance at flatironcrossroads.com. They are $25 at the door. Children 12 and under attend free of charge. Frazier, a Virginia native, gained notoriety as the first woman to grace the cover of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine, and in 2018, she became the first woman to earn a Guitar Performer of the Year nomination from the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America.
