Elite Waterworks of Seaford donated a water heater last week to Rural Housing Partnership and installed it free of charge in the home of one of the partnership’s Gloucester clients. Babs Zuhowski, executive director of RHP, praised the business for its assistance. She said that RHP currently has a number of window air-conditioning units available to install free of charge for those who qualify.
