Billy Flippin of Bena, 6-pound, 4-ounce flounder, caught Aug. 29 in Chesapeake Bay;
Kevin P. Bloxom of Gloucester, 6-5 flounder, caught Aug. 28 at Triangle Wrecks; and,
James L. Riley Jr., Gloucester, 12-pound, 2-ounce sheepshead, caught Sept. 6 in the lower York River....
