In the last game of the season, the Gloucester High School varsity football team fell to Woodside, 43-0, last Friday on the road. Running back M.J. Roberts led the Dukes’ offense with 71 yards on 18 carries. Corey Skay picked up six rushing yards and 15 receiving yards, while Cyler Brooks had two catches for 14 yards. Quarterback Jaden Ganzenmuller completed three of 12 passes for 29 yards, with one interception and gaining four yards rushing. On defense, Jaiden Long had nine tackles, including one tackle for a loss, William Pica had eight tackles, including one for a loss. Preston Prentiss had eight tackles and one pass deflection. Xavier Johnson had five tackles. Tyler Hawkey and William Murrell had three tackles each, and Brooks had two tackles. Hayden Fox, Linwood Harris, Omari Lockley, Luis Seda, Justus Minor, Jaydon Thompson, Payton Timmons, Kasey Hoyt, Jacob Ammons and Michael Seda finished the game with one tackle apiece....
