Editor, Gazette-Journal: Briefly, I am an octogenarian (84) and as such have lived through 1/3 of American history. I observed and read over six decades of what may be described as the Rise and Decline of the greatest Constitutional government ever devised by man. My purpose is to make, how to vote, easier. After these six decades of observing political and social issues, my opinion is thus: Vote Democratic (liberal, behavior without limit) and our nation continues its six-decade decline, or Vote Republican (conservative, constitutional) and our national decline is once again on pause.
