Several events will be held this month at the 84 East Peer Resource Center at 7603 Hospital Drive in Gloucester. All of the events are free.

A Walk to Fitness will be held beginning at 10 a.m. Mondays through Fridays. Movie Madness with a movie and a bowl of popcorn will be held at 11 a.m. on Mondays; Arts and Crafts will be offered at 11 a.m. Thursdays.

An Easter Social will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 2. Those attending are requested to bring a dish.

A Meals Made Simple class featuring easy, no fuss meals is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 14 and Friday, April 23. A Veterans’ Coffee to bring veterans together for talk and socializing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, April 13 and April 27.

The center is also affiliated with the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). NAMI Connections meetings are slated for 1 to 2:30 p.m. on the first and third Fridays of every month.
