Carter M. Borden of Gloucester received his 60-year Masonic Veterans’ pin and certificate during the May 4 stated meeting of Botetourt Lodge No. 7. Friends and family of Borden attended the presentation which took place while the lodge was having refreshments. Presenting him with the pin and certificate was Grand Master George Bernard Dungan Jr., at right.
