48 new students at Ware Academy

Ware Academy has 48 new students and six new faculty and staff members for the 2020-2021 school year. The school also has 51 students on its waiting list for preschool through fourth grade.

Ware’s decision to open with in-person learning along with a virtual alternative has allowed its families to choose the option that best suits their needs during this unprecedented time.

“We decided to limit our class size to ensure we could continue to follow the procedures and protocols in our COVID-19 Mitigation Plan,” said Head of School Dawn Fleet.

Ware is offering its complete academic program, which includes the arts, foreign language, physical education, technology and its character development and life skills program. A fitness and endurance program is offered after school instead of sports at this time.
