3 Redneck Tenors to perform at West Point

The 3 Redneck Tenors will perform at 7 p.m. on Saturday at the Robinson/Olsson Auditorium in West Point in an Arts Alive-sponsored concert.

This “new breed” of tenor features classically trained veteran artists in a musical comedy style that offers “down home laughs with big city music … like Duck Dynasty goes to Carnegie Hall,” said a press release.

The show was written by opera veteran Matthew Lord, with music arranged by award-winning composer Craig Bohmler, said the release. It features Lord along with fellow tenors Blake Davidson and Jonathan Frugé.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors 65 and over, and $10 for students. The group rate is $15 each for groups of 10 or more. They may be purchased online at artsaliveinc.org, by phone at 804-843-3475, or by emailing info@artsaliveinc.org.

Season subscribers will be able to renew their Arts Alive subscriptions at the show. An online form for new and renewing members will be available online on May 1.
