1st Advantage named a Top Workplace

1st Advantage Federal Credit Union, a full-service credit union serving Hampton Roads and parts of Richmond and North Carolina, has been named a Top Workplace by Inside Business, recognizing its positive workforce culture and ongoing efforts to attract, retain and expand its team, a release stated.

Inside Business partnered with Energage to determine the Hampton Roads Top Workplaces winners. To be eligible for the award, an employer must first be nominated by an employee. Then, a company-wide employee engagement survey is sent out to evaluate the organization and ultimately decide the Top Workplace winners.

A total of 10,638 Hampton Roads employees were surveyed in this year’s research, according to Energage’s Bob Helbig.
