Serenity Farm now open as Airbnb location

William Lemon, the owner of Serenity Farm, has opened his Gloucester home to guests as a new Airbnb location.

Opened in 2016, Serenity Farm is a horse farm that offers lessons, training and stables for new riders and competitors. Lemon has restored the large farmhouse that will serve as the Airbnb site.

Lemon said he named the farm because when he saw the property and its rolling hills, it grabbed him. He said it’s his serenity. He now shares his serenity with his guests. The farmhouse on Airbnb has six listings, one for each of the four interior rooms, the cottage and one for all of them. The home has three and half baths and, as a whole, can accommodate 10 guests.

When he purchased the property, Lemon said it was never his intent to make it an Airbnb; however, its size and layout make it ideal.
