The Mathews County Resources Council will present the first of two programs on drug use in Mathews County at 9 a.m. next Thursday, June 15, at the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad in Hudgins. A second program is set for Sept. 21.
A target group for the sessions is the 18-24 year-old population, a release said.
The June program will include the film, “Heroin, The Hardest Hit,” and commentary from law enforcement personnel.
