Savannah Campbell, a teacher at Abingdon Elementary School, has been awarded $164 from SONIC Drive-In for her classroom project “Writing Tablets for Active Engagement.” The award is part of SONIC’s Limeades for Learning initiative in partnership with DonorChoose.org.

Debra Goodier of Gloucester, recently graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in business from Ohio Christian University in Circleville, Ohio. 

Cole H. Weigartz of Hayes, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. The recognition requires an academic average of 3.6 with at least four courses completed for the semester. A graduate of Gloucester High School, Weigartz is majoring in conservation biology at St. Lawrence and is a member of the Class of 2021. 

Brenna Wojcik of Gloucester, was named to the spring semester honors list at Mary Baldwin University. The recognition requires a grade point average of 3.75 to 4.0 with at least 12 semester hours earned for the semester. 

Alexandra Woller of Gloucester, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at James Madison University where she is majoring in psychology. The recognition requires a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.899 for the semester.
