Antique sale

Some of many antiques that will be available for sale this weekend at the Mathews Historical Museum. They were donated to benefit the museum by a Virginia estate, a release said. The museum, located at 198 Main Street, will be open for Market Days. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Visitors will be able to see the Wall of Remembrance, which includes images of more than 800 Mathews County residents who have served in the armed forces. Also, a selection of antiques donated to the museum will be offered for sale.
