Riverside Walter Reed Hospital will be conducting a Code Silver, Simulated-Active Shooter Emergency Preparedness Exercise between 9 a.m. and noon Friday. This will be a campus-wide exercise, according to a Riverside release.
As with past drills and preparedness exercises, Riv-
erside is partnering with EMS, Gloucester County law enforcement, emergency management, CERT volun-
teers and others to conduct this exercise.
Exercise activity will not interfere with patient care, the release stated. Signage will be placed at all entrances and information sheets will be handed out to patients and visitors.
