Achilles Elementary teacher Debbie Jackson sorted through supplies as she set up her second grade classroom on Tuesday. Jackson holds a degree in biology and was a school volunteer and a teacher assistant before pursuing her teaching credentials. “It’s rewarding,” she said of her career.
