Gloucester High School volleyball player McKensie Fischer was named the Peninsula District Co-Player of the Year last week. Fischer shared player of the year honors with Raven Taylor of Woodside High School.

Fischer was also named to the Peninsula All-District First Team. Her teammate Victoria Wilson was named to the Second Team and Kelsee Oliver was an All-District Honorable Mention.
