YMCA water exercise program extended to August 5

The Mathews Family YMCA’s adult water exercise program has been extended to Aug. 5. Classes meet from 11:15 a.m. to noon two times a week on the following dates: Monday and Thursday, July 12 and 15; Tuesday and Thursday, July 20 and 22; Monday and Wednesday, July 26 and 28; and Tuesday and Thursday, Aug. 3 and 5. The fee for members is $12; $28 for non-members. Classes are held at Horn Harbor Marina.
YOGA: Summer yoga sessions begin Monday at Kingston Parish. The six-week program meets on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Free for YMCA members, the fee for non-members is $36.
VOLLEYBALL: An adult co-ed outdoor volleyball league is being offered at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Milford Haven sand volleyball court. Games are held on Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. through Aug. 11. Players do not have to be YMCA members. The cost is $29 for eight weeks, or $7 to drop in.
CAMPS: The YMCA is offering a number of summer specialty camps—Outdoor Adventure Camp (July 26-30 for ages 8-12; Aug. 9-13 for ages 10-15); Camp S.A.F.E. (Aug. 2-6); Spirit, Mind and Body Camp (Aug. 16-20) and Summer Soccer Camp (July 19-23). For details on costs, times and other information, call the YMCA at 725-1488.
SWIM LESSONS: Swim lessons at Horn Harbor Marina continue through Aug. 5. The fee for each two-week session is $44 per person.
