Wass to play basketball for Wilkes University

Gloucester High School graduate Aaron Wass will attend Wilkes University in Pennsylvania this fall where he will play basketball for the Colonels and pursue a degree in environmental engineering. Wass, a 6’7", 195-pound forward/center for the Dukes, missed his senior season at GHS due to an injury.
Wass was a key member of the Virginia AAU 17U Division II state championship basketball team and averaged eight points, five rebounds and three blocks per game in the 2009 AAU National tournament.
