Golf tournament to benefit RGH Cancer Center

Registration begins at 11 a.m. and tee time is at noon. The cost is $90 per person ($360 per foursome) and includes carts, beverages, lunch, Memory Walk, awards and a family cook-out. The tournament is limited to 32 teams of four golfers. To register for the tournament, call the RGH Foundation office at 804-435-8661. Following the tournament, the Swift and Walker families invite the public to attend the Memory Walk, beginning at 5 p.m., to view memory markers purchased in memory or in honor of loved ones who have been challenged with a cancer diagnosis. A family cookout will follow the walk and will include awards, raffle and an auction.
