Cornhole tournament on Friday to benefit MHS football team

A cornhole tournament, to raise money for the Mathews High School football team, will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the MHS gymnasium, according to athletic director Paul White. Registration will be held from 5 to 5:30.
A cash prize of $100 will be awarded to the winning team. The registration fee is $25 per team. Admission for spectators will be $2. A concession stand will be available.
