Dukes improve to 2-1-1 in soccer

The Gloucester High School varsity boys’ soccer team posted a win and a tie in recent Peninsula District soccer action to move their record to 2-1-1.

The Mathews High School varsity softball team earned four more victories this past week, shutting out King William last Thursday to open the Tidewater District season.

The Mathews High School jayvee softball team recovered from a 13-0 shellacking at the hands of the King William Lady Cavaliers last Thursday night to defeat AA Grafton in dramatic fashion Tuesday, 5-2.

Devils win district opener against KW

The Mathews High School varsity baseball team won its Tidewater District opener last Thursday against the visiting King William Cavaliers, 10-4.

P&R activities moved from Page Middle School
