Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation’s Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL) will host the course, "Civil War Home Front in Gloucester County: Landscapes of Struggle and Deprivation" on three Tuesday afternoons next month at three different Gloucester locations.

The program will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Oct. 16, 23 and 30.

At Gloucester Point, Warner Hall and Glen Roy, students will examine archaeological and historical evidence that includes an assortment of personal documents, providing an intimate look at life during that time, said an RCC spokesperson.
