Ware Academy Christmas concert to be held Friday

"Christmas around the World" is the theme of Ware Academy’s Christmas concert, scheduled for Friday at 10 a.m. Students in pre-K through 8th grade will be singing, dancing and playing hand bells.
The concert will include pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, first and second grade students singing in Spanish, according to Regina South, music instructor.
The third grade will be singing a Hanukkah and an African song and students in fourth and fifth grades will be singing in Italian, Pashto, Malay, French, Hebrew, English and German. All grades will be dancing, South added, and the Ware Academy Bell Ensemble will play five pieces.
The program will be led by Kris Turner, dance instructor; Aaron Ward, hand bell instructor, and South, music instructor.
