The recognition requires a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Ethan Sabo was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Hampden-Sydney College. The recognition requires a 3.3 or higher grade point average. Sabo is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Sabo of Gloucester.
U.S. Navy Ensign Patrick M. Sopko received a bachelor of science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., during recent commencement ceremonies and was commissioned to his current rank. He is the son of Ronald T. Sopko of Hudgins, and Suzanne M. Sopko of Gloucester.
Matthew Carver Fischgrund and Roberta Faith Pluim graduated from Randolph-Macon College during commencement ceremonies May 31. Fischgrund received a degree in environmental studies and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fischgrund of Gloucester. Pluim received a degree in political science and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pluim of Hayes.
University of Mary Washington students Laura N. Morris of Hallieford and Elicia D. Franchini and Kevin E. Speray, both of Gloucester, have been named to the spring semester dean’s list. The recognition requires a 3.5 or higher grade point average.
Daniela Goldstone of Gloucester graduated from Shepherds College in Union Grove, Wis., on June 7 and received a certificate of completion in the horticulture program.
