Alexandria Brittle and Jaylee Strawman of Gloucester, and Andrew Hopkins of Mathews, were three of nine Rappahannock Community College students who attended the Virginia Community College System Student Leadership Conference, held Nov. 5-7 in Richmond. Students were nominated based on their community service activities and demonstrated leadership ability.
