Emily May graduated in May from Shenandoah University, Winchester, receiving a bachelor of science degree in biology with a minor in psychology. She has subsequently enrolled in Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach, to pursue a career in occupational therapy. May, who was on the dean’s list at Shenandoah, is the daughter of Lynn and Robert May of Mathews.
