The second session of the Gloucester Rotary Club’s 2010 Chesapeake Bay Conference for high school students included Paul Crook, Brian Moy, Shirley Chabur, Caitlin Ennis, Amanda Pietroski, Emily Gale, Kathleen Maney, Philip J. Hart, Caroline Parker, Lindsay Lawrence, Sarah McGinnins, Hannah Yates, Rebecca Lambert and Claudia Castro. Parker and Lawrence are from Gloucester. Twenty-four students, including five local teens, attended the first session. This was the 20th year for the conference, which was split into two five-day sessions this summer to accommodate more students. Gloucester Rotary contracted with Christchurch School to host the event and Rotary clubs throughout eastern Virginia helped provide $450 scholarships to the conference.
